Why cleansing the skin is so important

Cleansing the skin really is the best way to get your skin radiating and the most important foundation  for healthy ,vibrant skin.

Cleansing: We reccomend to cleanse the skin morning and night to remove excess oil and impurities that may have been absorbed from your enviroment and also to remove makeup. Cleansing will prepare your skin for the following steps in your natural beauty skincare routine.

Everybody should Exfoliate

When old skin cells start to build up on the surface of the skin, it will leave skin looking dull, rough and dry. Often resulting in clogged pores and oil build up leading to blemishes and acne.

Regular exfoliation removes theses dead skin cells to uncoverfresh new cells below the surface.Removing the old skin cells allows moisturising products to penetrate more deeply into the skin, causing them to be more effective.

Why our skin needs Moisturiser

There are many good reasons to use a facial moisturisers. Beauty products are formulated to keep the skin hydrated. Natural skincare products produce facial moisturisers which enhance the functioning of the stratum corneum, the uppermost layer of skin. Applying a moisturiser to your face can increase the moisture level and prevent the skin from drying. Applying moisturiser daily not only makes the surface look healthy it seals and protects what is beneath it.

Do Eye Creams really work

The skin around our eyes is about 80 percent thinner than the skin on the rest of our body. The eye area is often one of the first to show the first signs of ageing. Eye cream are specifically formulated for the eye area and incude extra ingedients to soften fine lines and wrinkles.Other creams may be too heavy to work well around this delicate area.

What are serums and why do I need to use one?

Serums are a high concentration of active ingredients, containing the most potent dose of anti-aging ingredients. Serums are made of very small molecules, so the skin absorbs them quickly and deeply. Serums have a light weight, non greasy feel. Our serum can be mixed in with other Uni Organics moisturisers to add extra nutrients and create a lighter texture in warmer weather.
